Baking Day

I wish I had a photo of all the goodness we made yesterday!  It was fun.  With Ryan's help, and Caleb's by way of a three hour nap, we stocked our freezer with the following goods.


Baking day eve:

• 12 Acorn squash muffins.

Baking day:

• 3 loaves of bread
• 1 batch of dinner rolls (about 50)
• 24 banana oatmeal muffins
• 18 blueberry muffins
• 4 loaves of banana nut bread
  
• Peanut butter cookies
• Sweet Potato Cookies

It's very exciting to have all this stocked away.  I told Ryan I'm going to get used to not baking and we're going to have to do this again in a couple months.  Also, thanks to Aldi and the 25 cents for a bag of bananas deal we found.
