Very nice shots. I prefer a bit more contrast in my black and whites.... you can't just desaturate in PS, you need to tweak the levels to really get that silvery quality.
The shot of the dogs and the disc is great. It's hard to capture dogs in play because they move fast and afternoon light is harsh. It seems you found a great way to keep them still and balanced for long enough to capture a great shot.

Hey. Thanks for the comments. What do you mean by "Tweak the levels"? What levels should I tweak? I'm very much a novice at photo editing.
