Menu Plan

Saturday: Penne a la Betsy, roasted asparagus. Ryan has been in the mood for shrimp and I LOVE pasta.
Sunday: Grilled Pork with Barley. We just received a lot of pork and ham. A whole pig in fact. So you'll be seein' a lot more of 'the other white meat' around here.
Tuesday: Slow cooker pork chops, steamed veggies.
Wednesday: I'm going out with friends for some birthday freebies.
Thursday: Ryan's in charge - he's not so much of a planner.
Friday: Pizza sounds like fun.
Check out more menus on Monday at OrgJunkie.

Green Things
In honor of spring, here are some green things.

This little patch of grass.

Buds! So refreshing

My car - formerly known as Malibu Marge.

Hops?!? He's not green. And his name really isn't Hops. But look at him jump!

This funky little lamp I found at a thrift store. Now for a lampshade...

One of my favorite shirts.

Scenes from the shop
My husband's hobby is wood. Wood and everything about it. From beginning - he replants tree seedlings and helps them grow - to end - we have a fire pit in the yard.
So he spends a lot of time building things. I spent some time with him yesterday partaking in my hobby while he was doing his.

Pups!
A collection of recent pictures I've taken of Camden.

The Sleeping Place
Camden is so good at wandering into his kennel for bed in the evening while we're relaxing. I like how his fluff sticks through the crate - doesn't seem the most comfortable, though.

Camden is so good at wandering into his kennel for bed in the evening while we're relaxing. I like how his fluff sticks through the crate - doesn't seem the most comfortable, though.Last night I was reading while Ryan and a friend were watching the basketball game. Camden goes crazy when people are over so I kept him in our room. When he finally stopped pacing, whining and wishing to be part of the action, he settled in this spot providing a fun reflective view from my little nook on the bed.
PS. No, I don't keep my camera in the bedroom, I left to get it hoping he would settle back to the same spot.
